Abstract
CURATIVO E MÃTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO. A invenção se refere a um curativo e métodos de preparação e uso do mesmo para promover a cicatrização do leito da ferida. Em particular, o curativo é vantajoso para aplicação em um leito da ferida desbridado. O curativo compreende uma matriz de espuma polimérica de canal aberto e um polÃmero hidrofÃlico que é disposto na forma seca sobre as superfÃcies internas dos canais no interior da matriz.
