Abstract
MÃTODOS PARA A SEPARAÃÃO, CARACTERIZAÃÃO E/OU IDENTIFICAÃÃO DE MICRO-ORGANISMOS POR ESPECTROSCOPIA RAMAN.A presente invenção refere-se a um método para separar, caracterizar e/ou identificar micro-organismos em uma amostra de teste. O método da invenção compreende uma etapa de lise opcional para submeter a lise células de não-micro organismos que possam se fazer presentes em uma amostra de teste, seguida por uma etapa de separação. Ademais, o método pode ser particularmente útil na separação, caracterização e/ou identificação de micro-organismos de amostras complexas, como meios de cultura que contêm sangue. A invenção propõe ainda a interrogação por espectroscopia Raman da amostra separada de micro-organismos a fim de produzir medidas dos microorganismos e caracterizá-los e/ou identificá-los por meio delas.
