Abstract
BUCHA PARA USO EM UM MANCAL DE MUNHÃO E MANCAL PARA USO EM UM EQUIPAMENTO ROTATIVOA presente invenção se relaciona a mancais, por exemplo, a um mancal de munhão melhorado. Uma bucha (44) para uso em um mancal de munhão (40) inclui: um interior cilÃndrico que define uma superfÃcie interna de mancal (46); um eixo geométrico longitudinal (45) e um diâmetro interno (ID); uma região de ranhura no interior da superfÃcie interna de mancal (46) tendo um comprimento H ao longo do eixo geométrico longitudinal; e um conjunto de ranhuras (48) na região ranhurada da superfÃcie interna de mancal (46), onde N é o número de ranhuras no conjunto de ranhuras (48). Cada ranhura formando um ângulo de hélice (teta) deslocado do eixo geométrico longitudinal (45) da bucha (44). O ângulo de hélice sendo aproximadamente equivalente à seguinte equação:tangente (teta) = (n x ID) / (N x H).
