MÉTODO DE APROVEITAMENTO DE SORO DE LEITE SEM RESFRIAMENTO, TRATAMENTO OU PROCESSAMENTO PÓS-EXTRAÇÃO, E PRODUTOS FABRICADOS POR TAL MÉTODO. É descrito um método de aproveitamento de soro de leite e, mais particularmente, ao aproveitamento de soro de leite sem resfriamento pós-coleta que pode ser mantido sem nenhum tipo de tratamento ou processamento por até 120 horas pós-extração, bem como a produtos obtidos por tal método.
