Abstract
MÃTODO PARA A PREPARAÃÃO DE PLANTAS TRANSGÃNCIAS RESISTENTES AO ATAQUE DE UM OU MAIS FITOPATÃGENOS POR INTERFERÃNCIA DE RNA, PLANTA TRANSGÃNICA, E, MÃTODO PARA O TRATAMENTO PREVENTIVO DE PLANTAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para obter plantas transgências resistente ao ataque de fitopatógenos (isto é parasitas e fitófagos) com base em interferência de RNA, que contempla a expressão de RNA filamento duplo (dsRNA) em tecidos de planta, apropriado para inibir a funcionalidade de um receptor GPCR, cujo funcionamento é vital para fungos, insetos herbÃvoros ou nematódeos fitopatogênicos.
