Abstract
MÃTODOS PARA EXTRAÃÃO E PURIFICAÃÃO DE UM INTERMEDIÃRIO DA SUCRALOSE. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para purificar sucralose-6-éster para uso na fabricação da sucralose, onde o método elimina a necessidade de um processo de esterificação. Em particular, acetato de etila e éter são usados para extrair e purificar sucralose-6-éster a partir de uma composição intermediária da produção da sucralose compreendendo sucralose-6-éster.
