Perda das prioridades US 61/055,058 de 21/05/2008, US 61/090,192 de 19/08/2008, US 61/054,794 de 20/05/2008 e US 12/469,650 de 20/05/2009 reivindicada no PCT/US2009/044752, conforme as disposições previstas na Lei 9.279 de 14/05/1996 (LPI) art. 16 § 7°, item 28 do Ato Normativo 128/97 e no art. 29 da Resolução INPI-PR 77/2013. Esta perda se deu pelo fato de o depositante constante da petição de requerimento do pedido PCT ser distinto daquele que depositou a prioridade reivindicada e não apresentou documento comprobatório de cessão, conforme as disposições previstas na Lei 9.279 de 14/05/1996 (LPI) art. 16 § 6°, item 27 do Ato Normativo 128/97 e no art. 28 da Resolução INPI-PR 77/2013.
