Abstract
RETENTOR PARA CORPOS DE ROLAMENTO DE UM MANCAL.A presente invenção refere-se a um retentor (1) para corpos de rolamento de um mancal, compreendendo um corpo básico (5) de material sintético e um revestimento (8) fixado no corpo básico (5) de um metal que cobre o corpo básico (5) pelo menos em segmentos. A tarefa de reforçar o retentor mencionado e ao mesmo tempo melhorá-lo no que diz respeito a sua estabilidade mecânica, sua resistência ao desgaste e resistência à corrosão, de acordo com a presente invenção, é solucionada pelo fato de que o metal pelo menos em segmentos é executado como estrutura com uma granulação nanocristalina.
