Abstract
POLIPEPTÃDEO CPNl0 ISOLADO, ÃCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADO, ANTICORPO, COMPOSIÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA, USO DE UM POLIPEPTÃDEO E MÃTODO DE IDENTIFICAÃÃO DE UM COMPOSTO. A presente invenção se refere a polipeptÃdeos Cpn10 isolados que possuem um afinidade aumentada por um ligante de PRR em comparação com o polipeptÃdeo Ala Cpn10. Em uma outra modalidade, a presente invenção também se refere a polipeptÃdeos chaperonina 10 modificados e a ácidos nucleicos que codificam os mesmos e a composições que compreendem estes polipeptÃdeos e seus usos.
