Abstract
GERADOR PARA DISPOSITIVO DE APLICAÃÃO DE REVESTIMENTO ACIONADO PNEUMATICAMENTE AUXILIADO ELETROSTATICAMENTEUm dispositivo de aplicação de revestimento (20) inclui um conjunto de gatilho (26) para acionar o dispositivo de aplicação de revestimento para aplicar o material de revestimento e um bico (30) através do qual o material de revestimento é aplicado. O dispositivo ainda inclui um primeiro orifÃcio adaptado para fornecer gás comprimido para o dispositivo de aplicação de revestimento e um segundo orifÃcio adaptado para fornecer o material de revestimento para o dispositivo de aplicação de revestimento. O dispositivo ainda inclui um gerador polifásico (38) tendo um eixo. Uma roda de turbina (40) é montada no eixo. O gás comprimido acoplado no primeiro orifÃcio colide sobre a roda de turbina para girar o eixo, produzindo a voltagem polifásica. O dispositivo ainda inclui um elétrodo (62) adjacente ao bico e acoplado ao gerador polifásico para receber a eletricidade dele para carregar eletrostaticamente o material de revestimento.
