Abstract
PRÃ-MISTURA ENZIMÃTICA CONTRA A COLONIZAÃÃO DE BACTÃRIAS GRAM-NEGATIVAS NO TRATO INTESTINAL DEANIMAISA presente invenção refere-se a uma pré-mistura para alimentos para animais que compreende: (a) um polÃmero ou uma mistura de polÃmeros, com um teor de manose entre 10% e 100%; (b) enzima beta - mananase; e (c) um agente antiaglutinante; em que o agente antiaglutinante possui uma capacidade de absorção maior do que 20%, e uma densidade aparente que é compreendida entre 0,10 e 2,70 g/cm3. A pré-mistura da invenção se difunde melhor ao longo do trato intestinal e inibe de maneira eficaz a colonização de bactérias Gram-negativas sem afetar o crescimento do animal.
