Abstract

APARELHO E REATOR PARA DEPOSIÇÃO DE FILMES DIAMANTÍFEROS TUBULARES OU CÔNICOS. A presente invenção refere-se de um aparelho assistido por filamentos quentes para deposição quimica na fase de vapor (HFCVD, hot-filament chemical vapor deposition)- de filmes diamantiferos uniformes, homogêneos e aderentes sobre substratos tubulares ou cônicos um reator de deposição para crescimentos de filmes diamantiferos sobre estruturas tubulares ou cônicas.
