Abstract
BOMBOM DE MANGABA. Patente do processo de alimento compreendido pelo beneficiamento da fruta "in natura" passa pelas seguintes etapas: (1) Leva-se ao fogo baixo 01 lata de leite condensado com 01 colher (sopa) de manteiga e uma colher (sopa) de farinha de trigo mexendo sempre. (2) Retira-se do fogo e despeja numa travessa, em seguida reserva-se para o outro dia, a fim de facilitar a modelagem. (3) Modela-se os bombons, recheando-os com geléias de mangaba, depois banha-os em chocolate. (4) Embala-se em papel chumbo.
