UNIDADE E MÃTODO DE GERAÃÃO DE ENERGIAA presente invenção está correlacionada a uma unidade de geração de energia. A unidade apresenta uma turbina (3), um gerador (8) e recursos de conexão elétrica (9-12) que conectam o gerador (6) a uma rede elétrica (2). De acordo com a invenção, o gerador (8) é um gerador sÃncrono de imã permanente, o qual apresenta um baixo ângulo de carga. Os recursos de conexão elétrica incluem um retificador de diodo (9) para suprimento de tensão de corrente contÃnua (DC). A invenção também se refere ao uso da dita unidade de geração de energia e a um método para geração de energia elétrica.
