SISTEMA DE EXPANSÃO DE VAPOR, E, MÃTODO PARA CONTROLAR UM SISTEMA DE EXPANSÃO DE VAPOR.Um sistema de expansão de vapor inclui uma válvula pneumática normalmente fechada entre o evaporador e a entrada de turbina, com a válvula sendo atuada seletivamente pelo fluxo de vapor de refrigerante do evaporador para habilitar abrir a válvula só durante perÃodos nos quais pressão suficiente se formou no evaporador para operar corretamente a turbina. Uma linha de desvio tem uma válvula pneumática normalmente aberta com um atuador que é feito semelhantemente operar através de vapor de refrigerante pressurizado do evaporador. Ambos os atuadores são descarregados ao condensador tal que o vapor de refrigerante descarregado do atuador não escape para ambiente.
