HORMÔNIO DO CRESCIMENTO MODIFICADO POR POLIETILENO GLICOL DE FITA DUPLA, MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO E SUA APLICAÇÃO.A presente invenção refere-se ao hormônio do crescimento com atividade biológica elevada modificado pelo polietileno glicol de fita dupla em um sítio único e o seu método de preparação são fornecidos. O hormônio do crescimento modificado por PEG possui uma atividade biológica mais elevada e uma meia-vida mais longa do que o hormônio de crescimento não modificado. A composição compreendendo o hormônio de crescimento modificado por PEG é útil no tratamento do distúrbio de crescimento ou desenvolvimento tal como a deficiência de hormônio do crescimento, síndrome de Turner, etc.
