PROCESSO PARA OBTENÇÃO DE METAL ORGÂNICO BIODISPONIVEL PARA ALIMENTAÇÃO HUMANA E ANIMAL. Para a obtenção de quelatos de melhor biodisponibilidade é necessária a reação do metal proposto com a espirulina com controle de temperatura e pH adequado sendo necessário a adição de componentes protetores de degradação e agentes facilitadores de secagem, mantido em agitação por um tempo necessário para que se complete a reação. Após a reação é realizada a secagem da suspensão. Com estes componentes têm-se um sistema particulado biodisponível.
