COMPOSTOS ANTAGONISTAS DE RNA PARA A MODULAÃÃO DA EXPRESSÃO PIK3CA.A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de oligômero (oligômeros), cujo alvo é o mRNA do PIK3CA em uma célula, conduzindo à expressão reduzida do PIK3CA. A redução da expressão do PIK3CA é benéfica para o tratamento de determinados distúrbios médicos tais como as doenças hiperproliferativas, como câncer.
