A presente invenção diz respeito a polipeptÃdeos isolados tendo atividade de alfa-L-arabinofuranosidase e polinucleotÃdeos isolados codificando os polipeptÃdeos. A invenção também diz respeito a construções de ácido nucleico, vetores e células hospedeiras compreendendo os polinucleotÃdeos, bem como a métodos de produzir e usar os polipeptÃdeos.
