Abstract
PROCESSO PARA DESFIBRAÃÃO DE UMA MATÃRIA-PRIMA FIBROSA. A presente invenção refere-se ao processo para desfibração do uma matéria-prima fibrosa. De acordo com o processo, uma matéria-prima é contatada com um lÃquido de formação de polpa que contém um solvente orgânico para produção de uma matéria-prima fibrosa desfibrada. LÃquido de cozimento contém em peso cerca de 0,01 a 10% de ácido hipofosfórico ou derivado de ácidofosfórico redutor correspondente. Um rendimento notadamente alto é obtido através do processo e cozimento foi notado ter um efeito ativando o material fibroso. O material fibroso tem boas propriedades mecãà nicas, ele reage facilmente com enzimas de funcionalização e é facilmente hidrolisável em açúcares, por exemplo, por meio de enzimas.
