PROCESSO DE LIMPEZA DE UMA INSTALAÃÃO UTILIZADA NA PREPARAÃÃO DE CERVEJA OU OUTRAS BEBIDAS FERMENTADAS RELACIONADAS E UTILIZAÃÃO DE UMA FORMULAÃÃO. A presente invenção se refere à limpeza ácida na indústria da cerveja, e mais em particular a um processo melhorado para a limpeza ácida de vários elementos e recipientes que são usados na preparação de cerveja e outras bebidas fermentadas relacionadas, a referida limpeza sendo realizada por meio da utilização de uma formulação compreendendo pelo menos um ácido alcanossulfônico.
