PEPTÃDEO COM CAPACIDADE DE SE LIGAR à ESCURFINA, PROTEÃNA DE FUSÃO, COMPOSIÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA, USO DE UM PEPTÃDEO, ÃCIDO NUCLÃICO, CONSTRUÃÃO GÃNICA, VETOR, CÃLULA HOSPEDEIRA, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM PEPTÃDEO, E, USO DE UM ÃCIDO NUCLÃICO. A presente invenção se refere a peptÃdeos de fórmula geral (I), em que X está ausente ou X está presente e é X14 ou X14-X15, em que X14 e X15, independentemente, representam um aminoácido; suas variantes e fragmentos funcionais, e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, que têm a capacidade de se ligarem à escurfina e de inibir sua atividade biológica, pois podem regular ou bloquear a atividade dos linfócitos T reguladores (Treg).
