Abstract
USO DE UM POLINUCLEOTÃDEO ISOLADO COMPREENDENDO O DOMÃNIO CARBÃXI-TERMINAL DA SUBUNIDADE PESADA DA TOXINA TETÃNICA (HCTETX), SUA VARIANTE ALÃLICA DA HCTETX OU SEU FRAGMENTO FUNCIONAL OU USO DE UM POLINUCLEOTÃDEO ISOLADO COMPREENDENDO A SEQUÃNCIA DE CODIFICAÃÃO DO REFERIDO DOMÃNIO CARBÃXI-TERMINAL. A invenção se refere ao uso de uma sequência de uma sequência codificadora do domÃnio carbóxi-terminal da subunidade pesada da toxina tetânica como medicamento, preferivelmente no tratamento de esclerose lateral amiotrófica (ELA), bem como o polinucleotÃdeo codificado pela referida sequência para o tratamento da doença acima mencionada.
