Abstract
PEPTÃDEOS IMUNOMODULADORES. A presente invenção refere-se a peptÃdeos derivados com um polÃmero hidrofÃlico os quais, em algumas modalidades, ligam-se a FcRn humano e inibem ligação da porção Fc de uma IgG a um FcRn, deste modo modelando os nÃveis séricos de IgG. As composições e os métodos descritos podem ser usados em algumas modalidades, por exemplo, no tratamento de doenças autoimunes e distúrbios inflamatórios. A invenção também se refere, em modalidades adicionais, a métodos de uso e a métodos de fabricação dos peptÃdeos da invenção.
