COMPRIMIDO DE DISSOLUÇÃO OU DESINTEGRAÇÃO ORAL (ODT) DE LAMOTRIGINA E USOA presente invenção refere-se as composições da composição que compreendem uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de partículas compreendendo lamotrigina em combinação com grânulos compreendendo um desintegrante e um álcool de açúcar e/ou um sacarídeo. Essas composições são úteis no tratamento de epilepsia e distúrbio bipolar, particularmente para pacientes com disfagia, e para melhorar a complacência com pacientes bigolares.
