Abstract
COMPOSIÃÃO FARMACÃUTICA PARA APLICAÃÃO TÃPICA DE COMPOSTOS POUCO SOLÃVEIS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação contendo um composto farmaceuticamente ativo pouco solúvel em água a uma concentração de 50mg por 100g de formulação ou mais. A solubilidade é alcançada através de uma mistura de solventes conforme aqui descrita. Mais além, a formulação descrita aqui pode ser utilizada como formulação base para gerar um creme, um unguento, um spray, uma espuma ou um óleo-gel.
