Abstract
COMPLEXOS NANO-CONJUGADOS DE ÃCIDOS NUCLÃICOS, AVIDINA E POLÃMEROS; USO E PREPARAÃÃO DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção se refere a novos complexos nano-conjugados, consistindo de um núcleo central formado por uma interação de alta afinidade de ácidos nucléicos e avidina, em que o dito núcleo é estabilizado em soluções aquosas, até mesmo salinas, sendo protegido de posteriores interações indesejadas não-especÃficas por meio de adequados agentes poliméricos, capazes de mascarar total ou parcialmente o núcleo em si. Além disso, os nano-complexos mostraram caracterÃsticas úteis para uso no campo da biotecnologia e da nano-medicina.
