Abstract
MÃTODO DE FABRICAÃÃO DE PLACAS DE CIRCUITO. A presente invenção está correlacionada a um método para conexão de partes condutoras de placas de circuito, especialmente uma placa de circuito dotada de duas superfÃcies condutoras, separadas por uma camada isolante e com furos ou para criar condutores sobre uma placa, de modo a que se conduza eletricidade. No método, é alimentado um metal ou uma liga metálica na forma de pó, em que o pó é sinterizado mediante uso de um laser, a fim de criar uma estrutura condutora unificada.
