Abstract
FORMULAÃÃO DE DULOXETINA. A presente invenção se refere a uma formulação de comprimido de duloxetina que compreende: (i) um núcleo incluindo uma quantidade desejada de duloxetina; (ii) um revestimento entérico compreendendo ftalato de hidroxipropilmetilcelulose (HPEMCP) como um polÃmero entérico; e opcionalmente, (iii) uma camada de separação localizada entre o núcleo e o revestimento entérico, a camada de separação incluindo polivinil álcool e hidroxipropilmetilcelulose (HPMC) de baixo peso molecular.
