Abstract
APARELHO DE ILUMINAÃÃOUm aparelho de iluminação inclui uma fonte de luz (1 O 1 ), tal como um ou mais diodos emissores de luz e um elemento conversor de comprimento de onda ( 11 O) que é montado sobre uma estrutura de suporte opaca (112). A estrutura de suporte inclui uma abertura (114) com a qual o elemento conversor de comprimento de onda é alinhado para que a luz convertida seja emitida através da abertura. O elemento conversor de comprimento de onda pode é uma estrutura rÃgida, tal como uma cerâmica luminescente e a abertura pode é um orifÃcio através da estrutura de suporte. A estrutura de suporte pode reter o elemento conversor de comprimento de onda de forma que esteja fisicamente separado da fonte de luz, ou alternativamente, a estrutura de suporte pode colocar o elemento conversor de comprimento de onda em contato fÃsico com a fonte de luz.
