SISTEMA DE PRODUÃÃO DE BEBIDA, DISPOSITIVO DE FECHAMENTO, MÃQUINA E PROCESSO DE PRODUÃÃO DE BEBIDA.A presente invenção diz respeito a um sistema (10) e também um processo de produção de bebidas por infusão de um produto contido em um 5 acondicionamento (1). Esse sistema (10) inclui uma câmara (7) de infusão, um dispositivo de fechamento (60) com meios de fechamento a montante (61) destinados a seletivamente impedir ou autorizar o acesso à câmara (7) desde o montante da mesma e meios de fechamento a jusante (62) destinados a seletivamente receber o acondicionamento (1) na câmara (7) ou autorizar a saÃda 10 do acondicionamento (1) para fora da câmara (7) por gravidade, condicionando a posição dos meios de fechamento a montante (61) a posição dos meios de fechamento a jusante (62) e inversamente.
