Abstract
DERIVADOS DE ÃCIDO CISTEICO DE PEPTÃDEOS ANTIVIRAIS. A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de peptÃideo C34 tendo solubilidade aquosa otimizada que são inibidores de infecção viral e/ou exibem propriedades antifusogênicas. Em particular, esta invenção refere-se a derivados de C34 tendo atividade de inibição contra o vÃrus da imunodeficiência humana (HIV), vÃrus sincicial respiratório (RSV), vÃrus da parainfluenza humana (HPV), vÃrus do sarampo (MeV), e vÃrus da imunodeficiência simiana (SIV) com longa duração de ação para o tratamento das respectivas infecções virais.
