Abstract
PROCESSAMENTO DE POLISSACARÃDEOS NATURAIS POR MICROORGANISMOS NÃO PATOGÃNICOS E MÃTODOS DE FAZER E UTILIZAR OS MESMOS. A presente invenção inclui composições e métodos de fazer e utilizar um suplemento dietético fabricado de um ou mais polissacarÃdeos naturais incubados previamente com uma bactéria probiótica em um sistema biorreator, em que as bactérias processam os polissacarÃdeos e o polissacarÃdeo processado resultante é fornecido no suplemento nutricional.
