Abstract

JUNTA ROSCADA.Uma junta de rosca tem um anel de vedaÃ§Ã£o (11) interposto entre o pino (3) e uma caixa (2), posicionada em uma parte da superfÃcie do pino apÃ³s a extremidade da seÃ§Ã£o roscada no pino. O anel de vedaÃ§Ã£o tem dois lÃ¡bios salientes anulares (15, 16), posicionados em um Ã¢ngulo inclinado ao eixo longitudinal, duas ou mais nervuras anulares (18) na superfÃcie externa cilÃndrica, um anel de reforÃ§o (14) embutido no anel de vedaÃ§Ã£o (11), em contato de vedaÃ§Ã£o apertada com uma superfÃcie interna de um sulco anular (10) da caixa por meio das nervuras anulares (18). A superfÃcie interna (19) do anel de vedaÃ§Ã£o (11) pode ser criada sem variaÃ§Ãµes bruscas e pode ter um diÃ¢metro uniforme ou ter nervuras salientes anulares (13).
