Abstract
INIBIDORES DE TRANSCRIPTASE REVERSA DE NÃO-NUCLEOSÃDEO. A presente invenção refere-se aos compostos de fórmula I, em que R1, R2, R3, R4, Ra, X, X1 e Y são conforme definidos aqui ou sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos, inibem a transcriptase reversa de HIV-1 e proporcionam um método para a prevenção e o tratamento de infeções pelo HIV-1 e o tratamento de AIDS e/ou ARC. A presente invenção também refere-se a composições contendo compostos de fórmula (I) úteis para a prevenção e o tratamento de infecções pelo HIV-1 e o tratamento de AIDS e/ou ARC.
