O oscilador (19) compreende uma entrada (24) digital de comando do valor de sua frequÃªncia e a malha de captura de fase (25) compreende um circuito de contagem (30, 35) que acumula valores relativos do sinal digital fornecido pelo detector (26) digital de fase e fornece um sinal de comando sob forma digital para o oscilador (19).
