Abstract
COMPLEXOS DE HILURONANAS, OUTROS COMPONENTES DE MATRIZ, HORMÃNIOS E FATORES DE CRESCIMENTO PARA MANUTENÃÃO, EXPANSÃO E/OU DIFERENCIAÃÃO DE CÃLULAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de propagação de células hepáticas, incluindo progenitoras hepáticas, ex vivo ou sobre hialuro nanas com ou sem outros componentes de matriz extracelular (tais como colágeno, moléculas de adesão basal, proteoglicanos ou seus glicosamino glicanos) e com ou sem hormônios e/ou fatores de crescimento. Também são descritas composições que compreendem a matriz. O complexo também pode ser usado para manipulação de tecido ex vivo ou pode ser usado como um arcabouço para enxertos de células a serem transplantadas in vivo.
