Abstract
POLÃMEROS DE NÃO-POLIALFAOLEFINAS DISPERSOS PARA REDUÃÃO DE ARRASTEUma composição redutora de arraste que compreende pelo menos um polÃmero não-polialfaolefina tendo um tamanho médio de partÃcula na faixa de aproximadamente 5 a aproximadamente 800 micrômetros. O polÃmero não polialfaolefina pode ser inicialmente formado através de polimerização de emulsão. As partÃculas iniciais depolÃmero podem ser então pelo menos parcialmente consolidadas e então reduzidas em tamanho e suspensas em um fluido veÃculo. A composição redutora de arraste resultante pode ser adicionada a um fluido que contém hidrocarboneto para diminuir a queda de pressão associada a fluxo turbulento do fluido que contém hidrocarboneto através de um conduto.
