Destina-se a condicionamento físico específico do N.E.(necessidades especiais) cadeirantes promovendo a fortelecer os grupos musculares e articulações dos braços e costas. Sendo de uso simples e prático, pois O mesmo funciona com o peso médio para N.E.(necessidade especiais)cadeirantes evitando consequentemente o excesso de esforço físico na prática de condicionamento físico.
