Abstract
MÃTODO E APARELHO PARA REDUZIR RETARDO DE ESTABELECIMENTO DE CHAMADA POR PROGRAMAÃÃO APERFEIÃOADA DE SIB7 E SIB14.Aparelho e método para reduzir o tempo de estabelecimento de chamada de um dispositivo de comunicação sem fio incluindo determinar partições vazias em um Canal de Controle Comum onde nenhum bloco SIB ou bloco MIB está programado e programar blocos SIB7 ou SIB14 nas partições vazias para reduzir o tempo de estabelecimento de chamada. Em um aspecto, o nÃvel de interferência de enlace ascendente contido no bloco SIB7 ou SIB14 é transportado nos blocos SIB além dos blocos SIB7 ou SIB14.
