PRODUTOS DE BEBIDA ADOÇADA MODIFICADOS POR GLICIRRIZINA AMONIADA. A doçura inicial de um potente adoçante em uma bebida, concentrado de bebida ou xarope, ou adoçante de caloria reduzida é aperfeiçoado, sendo que o adoçante é selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste em glicosídeos de esteviol, Lo Han Guo e combinações de qualquer um deles. A doçura inicial é aperfeiçoada incorporando-se na formulação glicirrizina amoniada em uma quantidade suficiente para aumentar a doçura inicial percebida.
