PRODUTOS DE BEBIDA ADOÇADA MODIFICADOS POR GLICOSÍDEO DE ESTEVIOL MODIFICADO COM ÁCIDO ANÍSICO. O gosto de um adoçante de glicosídeo de esteviol não nutritivo é aperfeiçoado usando-se ácido anísico em uma quantidade suficiente para mascarar o gosto posterior metálico do adoçante de glicosídeo de esteviol não nutritivo quando o adoçante está contido em uma bebida, concentrado de bebida ou xarope, ou adoçante de calorias reduzidas.
