Refere-se a processo que compreende cinco fases e utiliza como matéria prima a resina virgem do politereflalato de etila, conhecido intemacionalmente pela sigla PET, ou o reaproveitamento derivado de produtos diversos confeccionados com a mesma resina, resultando em produto final na forma de chapa aplicável como painel ou elemento de arremate e fechamento traseiro externo de um refrigerador ou similar.
