COMPOSIÇÃO PARA O REVESTIMENTO DE UM PRODUTO DE CONFEITARIA CONGELADO, PROCESSO PARA O REVESTIMENTO DE UM PRODUTO DE CONFEITARIA CONGELADO E CONFEITO CONGELADO. A presente invenção se refere a um confeito congelado que compreende um recheio e um revestimento, em que o revestimento compreende de 17 a 50% (plp) de sacarídeos e polissacarídeos; 0,017 a 12,5% (p/p) de adoçantes selecionados a partir do grupo que consiste em frutose, sacarose, dextrose, adoçantes artificiais e qualquer de suas misturas; e de 50 a 83% de água, em que o peso molecular médio de sacarídeos e de polissacarídeos está entre 476 e 9.000.
