Abstract

REMODELADOR AJUSTÁVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um remodelador ajustáve. O remodelador inclui: uma estrutura, um carro transportador, montado de forma deslizável na estrutura horizontal; e pelo menos um elemento de resistência preso ao carro. Uma corda conecta o carro a pelo menos uma guia inferior e pelo menos uma guia superior. Puxar a corda causa o movimento do carro condutor ao longo da estrutura contra a resistência provida pelo elemento de resistência. Os guias podem ser de altura reajustável. O remodelador pode incluir um sistema de retração de corda. Métodos relacionados para exercício também são providos.
