Abstract

DISPOSITIVO MÉDICO BIOATIVO COMPREENDENDO UM STENT RECOBERTO. Dispositivo médico bioativo compreendendo um stent recoberto por uma celulose bacteriana (1) incorporando elementos para captura e aderência acelerada de células endoteliais progenitoras (4), sendo á dita superficie acoplada pelo menos uma camada de um covalente biolígante (3) que se integra especificamente a receptores de células endoteliais progenítoras CEPs (4) presentes na circulação sangúínea. Dita celulose bacteriana (1) tem a forma de uma película cilíndrica, sendo um polissacarideo sintetizado pela bactéria Acetobacter xylinum.
