São descritas composições aditivas para reforço de farinhas quecompreendem entre 0,3 a 1,0% de lecitina de soja, entre O, 15 a 0,8% de extrato de malte, entre 0,006 a 0,012% de ácido ascórbico e uma carga farinécea em q.s.p, podendo o extrato de malte ser substituído por enzima de alfamilaze entre 0,004 a 0,010%.
