Abstract
COMPRIMIDOS PEDIÃTRICOS DE CAPECITABINA.A presente invenção refere-se ma composição farmacêutica revestida com filme compreendendo 5'-desóxi-5-flúor-N-[pentilóxi)-carbo-nil]citidina (capecitabina) e a pelo menos um desintegrante selecionado do grupo consistindo em crospovidona (tamanho de partÃcula (MENOR)15-400 (Mi) ), croscarmelose sódica, amido glicolato de sódio, hidroxipropilcelulose com baixa substituição, Pharmaburst C ou qualquer combinação desses, juntamente com outros excipientes farmacêuticamente aceitáveis para formar um comprimido de rápida desintegração. Este comprimido desintegra-se em água a 37°C em um Aparelho de desintegração USP em menos do que 2 minutos, preferência 1 minuto e tem uma dureza de 8-13 Unidades Cobb forte.
