Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES MULTIFÁSICAS BIODEGRADÁVEIS BASEADA EM AMIDO. O presente invento acomposições multifásicas biodegradáveis compreendendo três fases: A. uma fase continua consistindo de uma matriz de pelo menos um polímero hidrofóbico rígido incompatível com amido; B. uma fase de amido nanoparticulado homogeneamente dispersa; C. uma fase dispersa adicional de pelo menos um polímero rígido e frágil com módulo maior que 1000 MPa. Tais composições têm um módulo maior que 300 MPa e uma isotropia substancial nas duas direções longitudinal e transversal com relação à propagação do rasgo.
