Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM COMPONENTE COMPÓSITO DE FIBRA PARA INDÚSTRIA AEROESPACIAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e a um núcleo de soldagem para produzir um componente compósito de fibra (34), em particular em aeroespacial, que compreende as seguintes etapas de método: introduzir uma luva de núcleo (9) para o interior de uma ferramenta de moldagem (2) para estabelecer uma geometria exterior de um núcleo de moldagem (27) a ser formado; encher a luva de núcleo (9) que é introduzida com um material de enchimento fixável a vácuo (21); aplicar um vácuo à luva de núcleo (9) e conseqúentemente fixar a vácuo o material de enchimento (21) para formar o núcleo de moldagem (27); e no mínimo parcialmente depositar no mínimo um produto de fibra semi-acabado (33a, 33b) sobre o núcleo de moldagem (27) que é formado, para a conformação do componente compósito de fibra (34) a ser produzido.
